Who are We?

We believe the PPBE process, while intended to unify strategy and budget, has become overly rigid, bureaucratic, and unproductive. Therefore, the renewed focus on reforming this process is critical to America maintaining the premier global military and preserving our way of life.

This website is dedicated to the identification, collection, and distribution of content from all sources which might assist in the reformation process.

Why the PPBE Process needs Reform

Our current budget process is cumbersome and slow, resulting in inferior outcomes. Instead of representing the agility coveted by Silicon Valley the current approach is having unintended negative consequences for several reasons.

It is Overly Rigid

Every inefficiency not aligned with expanding capacity or delivering timely innovation is an undue burden.

Long- term planning is impeded by PPBE making it take far too long for innovations to reach the warfighter.
